Hello, I have been unable to pair the remote and the alarm box. I’ve had this device replaced already once and need to know exactly if I’m doing something wrong. As per instructions I removed the battery covers and then pressed the button on the alarm and the two buttons on the remote all at the same time. I’ve tried press and hold, just press, long press and hold. Nothing happens, no confirmation sound. Did I get yet another faulty device?? Thanks
