Hello, My pump is leaking air from the device at the transition to the hose. Is this normal? If I pull the hose a little, the air leakage is gone. Can anyone help me? The problem is that it is very difficult or very slow to inflate.

I had that too. Tighten the hose clockwise again at the fixed end.
