Hi, can this tyre fit on a 29" wheel and is it a road tyre (I want to convert my mountain bike into a gravel tyre)?

This is for a 29er, I converted my MB to a road/gravel bike and it works great, very low resistance in a straight line and enough grip for gravel also.
