I can use this g30 on roads or cycle paths... a friend of mine owns it and he uses it without any problem... he even spoke to the police and they told him that the important thing is not to exceed 500w... I would like to understand whether this is the case or not.

Helpful answer

It is described as unauthorised because it can go up to 25km per hour. The TCS states that you are allowed to go a maximum of 20km per hour and the power must not exceed 500w.
