If I had a warranty claim on the bicycle trailer, could I have it repaired at my bicycle dealer or would I have to send the trailer to you?

In order for the repair to be considered and accepted as a warranty claim, it must be carried out by our service partner. However, if you wish to bear any costs yourself, you are of course free to contact your own bicycle dealer.
