It's not clear if it's the XR (with Shimano 105 cassette) or the XR-T (without cassette): your two photos are the same, with cassette and XR sticker. Moreover the more expensive one is the XR-T which is not logical because at Elite, the -T is the one without cassette. And the description makes no mention of the presence/absence of a cassette. Can you please clarify ASAP as I am considering buying and probably other people too.
