Why does this E Scoter not have a road approval , and the Vmax VX2 GT 20 km/h, 1 x 500 W, 60 km has the registration in Switzerland.

Because only 20km/h are allowed in Switzerland. The Max G30, however, drives 25km/h. No problem abroad.
