Switching power supplies of the CP-D series feature a wide input voltage range and high efficiency. They have adjustable output voltages for devices over 10W, low power loss, and low heat generation. The supplies utilize free convection cooling, eliminating the need for forced cooling by fans. They include no-load, overload, and continuous short-circuit protection, as well as integrated input protection. The U/I characteristic exhibits fold-forward behavior in case of overload without shutdown. An LED status display is included, making them suitable for installation in distribution cabinets. The CP-D RU redundancy unit allows for decoupling CP series power supplies with two inputs (each up to 5A per channel) and one output up to 10A, providing automatic redundant power supply operation for critical applications or enabling increased power through two parallel connected power supplies.
