The Terra AC wall charging station offers an ideal, smart, and connected charging solution for any business, home, or location. An external energy meter can be connected via an RS485 interface to enable dynamic load management, save electricity costs, and prevent unwanted tripping of protective devices.

Integrated MID-certified energy meter. OCPP for communication with backend: The Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) regulates communication between a charging station and a backend system. With OCPP, you can easily manage one or more charging stations with a backend system, allowing you to view individual charging processes, manage users, and bill for the electricity charged.

RFID access function: Only users whose RFID cards are registered at the charging station can charge at the station. Electric vehicle drivers activate the charging station and start the charging process with an RFID charging card. An RFID card is included with each wallbox.

Integrated fault current sensor: The ABB Terra AC wallbox comes standard with a DC fault current sensor.
