CNC Precision Short Drill Chuck
Application: For use on machining centers and CNC machines with tool changers.
Design: 100% run-out testing with different test pin diameters at various measurement points according to DIN ISO 10888. Run-out tolerance = 0.03 mm across the entire clamping range with worm gear transmission.
Advantage: Safe, as opening the chuck during operation or in the event of an abrupt spindle stop is not possible. The integrated worm gear transmission ensures a high holding torque > 75 Nm at a diameter of 13 mm.
Note: The old standard DIN 69871-1 has been replaced by ISO 7388-1.
