Standard designation: EN ISO 2560-A: E 42 0 RR 12, EN ISO 2560-B: E 4313, AWS A5.1: E6013, AWS A5.1M: E4313. Low-alloyed, rutile coated.

Properties and applications: Very low spatter formation, self-lifting slag, fine-flake, smooth seams with notch-free transitions to the base metal. Problem-free welding of general structural steels up to and including 2.0 mm diameter. Excellent ignition and re-ignition capability. Easy to weld on small transformers (42 V).
