Product details

The Verifix MV 760 is specially designed for high-strength glass and metal bonding in furniture and shop construction. It is moisture-resistant and, when used in conjunction with Pyrosil, is particularly suitable for bonding hot or cold counters as well as for applications in bathrooms.

The UV adhesive MV 760 is a medium-viscosity adhesive that is universally applicable due to its adhesion properties. It offers maximum strength and is stress-compensating, making it ideal for bonding glass to metal and glass to glass. Its optical clarity and long-term yellowing resistance are unique. Notably, it also has high moisture resistance. The main application areas for this UV adhesive are constructions with high static load-bearing capacity. Its impact toughness compensates for dynamic impact and shock loads.

Product advantages:

  • Suitable for bonding metal, float glass, ESG
  • Clear
  • UVA-curing
  • Non-capillary
  • Suitable for moist environments
  • High strength
  • Yellowing resistant

Application:

  • Irradiation: UVA 315 - 400 nm
  • Two- and three-dimensional glass constructions
  • High static load-bearing capacity
  • Bonding with moisture exposure

Possible glass connections:

  • Glass to glass
  • ESG to ESG
  • Glass to metal
  • Glass to wood
  • Glass to stone
  • Glass to ABS/PVC

Note:
Shelf life in the original container: 18 months from the date of manufacture. Powder-coated surfaces generally cannot be bonded with Bohle UV adhesives. For chrome-plated, nickel-plated surfaces, and aluminum, use raw metal primer or Pyrosil to improve the adhesion of the adhesive.

Important!
UV adhesives are only suitable for experienced, professional users. We recommend a consultation with our specialists. The consultation does not exempt you from conducting your own tests.
