The mode of operation is relatively simple. The alarm is active when the latch is swivelled to the side. If the window is opened unintentionally, an alarm sounds. With a volume of 110 decibels, this is comparable to a chainsaw. This not only alerts the occupants of the house, but also the neighbours to the attempted break-in.

Important: The FSA 2020 only has a simple break-in protection with a deterrent effect. It is recommended that a certified window security system from the WinSafe series is also installed.

Installation
The FSA 2020 is suitable for steel, PVC, aluminium and timber windows. With an installation width of at least 23 mm, the

window alarm is easy to install.
Installation only takes a few minutes: Mark the holes, drill them and then screw the product firmly in place. Additional spacers are included for windows with deep frames. Suitable screws for installation are also included.

Added safety for your children
The FSA 2020 can also be used as a child safety device. If the alarm is fitted at the top of the window or out of the reach of children, they cannot unlock the FSA 2020. This warns parents if children open windows or doors without authorisation.
