Hahn Door Hinge 4 AT Two- and Three-Part

New to these door hinges is the half-measure zero, where the frame hinge part has been minimized in terms of space requirements. This new variant is particularly useful in situations where there is limited space on the frame side. The fastening is done through the hinge part. Whether using anchor screws, screw anchors, or mounting plates, all available Hahn fastening materials can be used for installation.

Available for all common aluminum profiles. Combination options and fastening variants for doors that open inwards and outwards - even with change profiles and corner post constructions. Variants for doors with extreme construction widths as well as doors with narrow frame profiles. Load capacity up to 220 kg (three-part) or 180 kg (two-part) - depending on profile construction and application situation. Adjustable in six directions. Usable DIN left/right. Opening angle over 180°. CE certified according to EN 1935:2002, hinge class 14.

Suitable for aluminum shells up to a height of 23 mm. Horizontal adjustment stepless ± 2.5 mm for faster processing. Height adjustment stepless +3 / -2 mm without lifting or lowering the wing. Seal pressure adjustment ± 0.5 mm on the installed door leaf.
