The precision thermometer is a compact, waterproof temperature measuring device powered by a replaceable lithium battery, suitable for a variety of measurement and control tasks in laboratories and industry. The electronics are controlled by a microprocessor, ensuring high measurement accuracy and linearity across the entire measurement range. The conformity-certified thermometer may be used as an official control thermometer for monitoring the temperatures of frozen foods in accordance with Directive 92/2/EEC.
