Installation Options - Special accessories for indoor installation. Operating a generator or a permanently installed emergency power system in enclosed indoor spaces or in basements and generator rooms is easily possible, provided there is adequate ventilation and air circulation in the room. The exhaust gases must be safely directed outside through flexibly laid exhaust pipes. The exhaust air should be vented through a fixed exhaust duct. The intake air can be drawn from the installation room, provided there is a sufficiently large intake opening.
