The EXACT machine tap M18 35° RSP for blind holes is a high-precision tool specifically designed for processing blind holes. Made from high-quality HSS-E (high-speed steel), this tap offers excellent cutting performance and durability. The tap is manufactured according to the DIN 376 standard and is ideally suited for processing stainless steel with strengths of up to 850 N/mm², as well as for harder materials over 850 N/mm². The use of cutting oil or emulsion for cooling during operation is recommended to maximize the tool's lifespan and improve machining quality. The machine tap is delivered in a robust, stackable plastic case that allows for convenient storage and easy transport. The EURO perforation of the case ensures flexible handling and organization.
