The Machine Tap M10x1 Extended (F1-151001-0103) is a high-precision thread cutter specifically designed for machining various metals. With a metric thread of M10x1 and a length of 160 millimeters, this thread cutter offers excellent performance for applications in metal processing. It is made from high-quality HSS (High-Speed Steel) and HSSE (High-Speed Steel with Cobalt), ensuring high wear resistance and durability. The thread cutter is suitable for machining materials such as steel, aluminum, brass, and bronze with a strength of up to 850 N/mm². Additionally, it can also be used for stainless and acid-resistant steel, as well as cast iron and steel up to 1000 N/mm². The Machine Tap features 12 flutes that allow for efficient chip removal and precise thread formation. It meets the ISO2(6H) tolerance class, ensuring high accuracy and quality of the produced threads.
