The strut is made of stable metal construction. The legs of the MFT can still be folded in for transport. With the help of the cross strut, the MFT 3 can be additionally braced, making it even more stable. This is especially useful when frequently performing tasks that apply lateral forces to the MFT, such as when gluing edges.
