The Favorit Classic Mercato roller shutter drive is a mechanical tubular motor for roller shutters up to 5 square meters. The end points of this roller shutter drive are adjusted mechanically using the included adjustment tool on the adjustment screws at the motor head. The drive operates whisper-quiet even under load. The torque is 20 Nm and the speed is 15 rpm. The motor is 495 mm long in total, and the motor casing has a diameter of 45 mm. It fits into standard star head clip bearings from well-known manufacturers. The supply voltage is 230 V (50 Hz), and it is classified under protection class IP 44. The roller shutter drive is supplied as standard with a 3 m connection cable and a finished box clip bearing. This drive set also includes a shaft capsule SW60, a counter bearing set, and 4 suspension springs. It is pre-adapted for a hexagonal steel shaft with a key size of 60. With the available accessories, it can also be adapted for hexagonal steel shafts SW50 and SW70 as well as some round groove shafts.
