The Rope offers exceptional flexibility: small sensors within it detect water ingress early along the entire length of the Rope. This allows you to cover your entire server room easily and space-efficiently, protecting it from moisture damage. If the Rope comes into contact with liquid or water, the leak sensor sends an alarm via SMS, email, or SNMP to the responsible parties. The leak sensor can be connected directly to all Kentix devices and multi-sensors without the need for an external power supply. The connection is made via a standard patch cable, making installation incredibly simple. The connection to the sensor is monitored for functionality and cable breaks. The leak sensor can be cascaded up to five times, making it suitable for large spaces as well.
