Precise locating and safe drilling indoors with the 3in1 Safety-Fixx locating device. Before drilling, you should always make sure that there are no hidden power lines, metals or wooden beams behind the surface to be drilled. With a simple calibration on the surface to be drilled, live cables, metals up to a maximum depth of 38 mm and wooden beams in drywall up to 18 mm can be detected with a flick of the wrist. The detection points are indicated by the LEDs lighting up and an acoustic signal. The start of the location is marked with the positioning aid by simply swiping your hand over the surface to be drilled. If you continue, the LEDs go out and the end of the location is marked by moving back. The location is located in the centre of the two markings. Measuring accuracy +/- 3 mm, including 9 volt alkaline battery, dimensions 15.5 × 6.5 cm.
