Description
The idea of developing a new plunge saw is not new. However, it was innovative to design all components of a machine in such a way that a unique precision product was created. The MT 55 cc plunge saw with the Aerofix F-AF 1 suction clamping system ensures perfect cuts with the simplest handling. The pre-cut function is activated with a single handle. This allows the MT 55 cc to achieve clean visible edges like a stationary machine, even with worn tear-off protection. The MT 55 cc is equipped with stepless speed adjustment for various materials and saw blades. Now, cutting depths (without rail) of up to 57 mm are possible. Thanks to the innovative pivoting system, there are hardly any limits even for bevel cuts.

Application Focus
For "hairline" fine-tuning of the cutting depth adjustment, e.g., with resharpened saw blades or Fermacell. The closed saw blade housing and the protective slider at the saw cut ensure extremely low dust generation. The MT 55 cc features a new CUprex compact motor for significantly higher speeds while still providing ample power reserves. The cutting depth can be adjusted with millimeter precision. With or without a rail – simply turning the cutting depth indicator always shows the exact cutting depth. For bevel cuts, the angle setting is fixed at two points with just one clamping screw by a half turn.
