The idea of developing a new plunge-cut saw is nothing new. What was new, however, was designing all the components of a machine in such a way that a unique precision product was created. The MT 55 cc plunge-cut saw with the Aerofix F-AF 1 suction clamping system ensures perfect cuts with extremely easy handling. The scoring function is activated with a single movement. This means that the MT 55 cc cuts visible edges as cleanly as a stationary machine, even when the chip guard is worn. The MT 55 cc is equipped with infinitely variable speed adjustment for a wide range of materials and saw blades. Cutting depths (without rail) of up to 57 mm are now possible. Thanks to the innovative swivelling system, there are virtually no limits, even for angled cuts. Advantages For "razor-sharp" readjustment of the cutting depth setting, e.g. with resharpened saw blades or Fermacell. The closed saw blade housing and the protective slide on the saw cut ensure extremely low dust generation. The MT 55 cc with new CUprex Compact motor for significantly higher speed and still plenty of power reserves. The cutting depth can be adjusted with millimetre precision. With or without a rail - the exact cutting depth is always displayed by simply turning the cutting depth indicator. For bevelled cuts, the angle setting is fixed in two places with just one clamping screw and half a turn.
