Product details

Lathe OPTIdrill TU 1503V with DC motor. Ribbed prism bed made of grey cast iron, induction hardened and ground. Hardened and ground Z-axis guideway. Guaranteed concentricity of the spindle nose better than 0.015 mm. Concentricity - lathe chuck max 0.05 mm. Lead screw for thread cutting or automatic longitudinal turning. Longitudinal, face and top slide, automatic longitudinal/lead spindle drive. Large tapping range thanks to interchangeable gear set. Three-jaw lathe chuck included as standard. Quick and easy speed change via V-belt. Safety switch in the cover, right/left rotation can be switched on the control panel. Chuck guard with microswitch. Handwheels with adjustable scaling 0.04 / 0.01 mm. All guides can be adjusted backlash-free using V-guides.
