The hallmark of the Dualchef gas grill stations is the Dual Gourmet System (DGS), developed and patented in Switzerland. This technology combines two temperature zones divided by a zone divider under one hood, ensuring good heat distribution. This allows for grilling at high temperatures over 360 degrees on one side, while large cuts of meat or fish can be slow-cooked at temperatures starting from 80 degrees on the other side. The Dualchef 425 G also features an additional Blazing Zone instead of a side cooking area.
