Pump spray container for acids with a capacity of 1.5 liters. This PE container is designed for diluted acids (pH 1 - 7) and features milliliter scales and a level indicator. The container and pump head are color-coded for easy identification. It comes with various nozzles suitable for different applications, an ergonomic handle, and a safety valve.

The white-transparent PE container is UV-stabilized, has a maximum capacity of 1500 ml, and a maximum fill volume of 1200 ml. It features a powerful pump mechanism, an adjustable nozzle, a level indicator, and a safety valve. Pressure is built manually via a combined overpressure and pressure relief valve. Additional functional nozzles are available as accessories.

The color-coded container and pump head are red. The flat spray nozzle has an angle of 110°, with a flat spray pattern at 2.5 bar, a spray rate of 450 ml/min, and a spray distance of 1.7 meters. The temperature range is +5 to +30 °C, with a maximum operating pressure of 2.5 bar. It is suitable for diluted acids (pH 1 - 7), provided that the material of the atomizer is resistant to these media. For corrosive or unspecified media, compatibility should be verified in advance.

The materials include an HDPE container, Viton® (FKM) seals, a pump head made of special plastic, and valve rods and springs made of stainless steel. The nozzle is made of polypropylene (PP).
