The high-quality pressing rings of the Kontur SV have been specifically designed and developed by ROTHENBERGER for pressing applications in metallic piping systems. With this pressing ring design, users are ideally equipped to press fittings in complex assembly situations in compliance with system standards. Thanks to ROTHENBERGER's DURA LAZR TEC technology, an innovative partial laser hardening process, precise and secure pressing is ensured while simultaneously increasing the service life. This results in minimized wear and a doubling of the pressing cycles compared to untreated pressing tools. Additionally, long-term corrosion protection enhances the durability of the pressing rings and jaws. Made from a high-strength special steel, ROTHENBERGER pressing rings are suitable for all commercially available pressing machines with a constant axial thrust of 19 kN or 32 kN.
