The opening sensor detects the status of windows and doors (open or closed). Without the included magnet, an integrated acceleration sensor in the radio module detects the opening of a window or door (the current status is not detected in this case). Registered status changes are transmitted wirelessly to the connected smart home system TaHoma. This allows for the direct triggering of scenarios as part of an if-then programming.
