Internally threaded anchor UPM-I - The Upat internally threaded anchor UPM-I is a chemical fixing accessory that offers maximum flexibility when anchoring with metric threaded screws or threaded rods due to the possibility of flush surface removal. This anchor, in galvanized design, can be used in conjunction with Upat injection mortars in masonry. The internally threaded anchor UPM-I is set by hand using slight turning movements. In solid brick, the injection mortar fully bonds the internal threaded sleeve to the wall of the drilled hole. In perforated building materials, the mortar is pressed through the grids of the anchor sleeve and bonds with the perforated brick in a positive fit, transferring the load into the building material. The system with the UPM-I internal threaded injection anchor is used particularly frequently for the temporary fixing of add-on parts.
