Note: In the functional principle of the threaded load pressure brake, the axial braking pressure is generated by the load itself and is therefore proportional to the size of the load. The load is securely held in any position; to lower it, the difference between the brake and load moment must be overcome. All Yale universal devices are equipped with this feature. The automatically acting chain release allows for quick engagement of the unloaded chain; when a load is applied, the threaded load pressure brake automatically re-engages, securely holding the load. The slip clutch (optional upon request) prevents excessive load intake, thereby increasing the lifespan of the lifting device. ATEX version available upon request.
