The DT-Mobil Easy has ADR approval, making it suitable for transport according to ADR regulations. It comes with a self-priming electric pump (12 V DC, 40 l/min), an automatic nozzle or nozzle valve, a 4 m long filling hose, and a 4 m long power cable.
The unit is fully assembled and requires a recurring inspection after 2 ½ years, as the transport permit for all plastic IBCs is limited to 5 years.
3. Cemo Tank system for AUS 32 (AdBlue®)
Tank unit for AUS 32 (AdBlue®), capacity 125 l, with automatic nozzle and 24 V electric pump, width 600 mm. The Blue-Mobil Easy for AUS 32 (AdBlue®) features a single-walled polyethylene tank, strap guides for transport safety, and an integrated nozzle holder. It includes a filling nozzle DN 100 (or DN 150 for the 600 l size) with a lid, ventilation with pressure relief, integrated forklift openings, and carrying handles. The self-priming electric pump has a flow rate of approximately 30 l/min and comes with a 4 m long connection cable with clamps. The dispensing hose is 4 m long. This practical solution is ideal for refueling vehicles on construction sites or in outdoor operations. No ADR approval is required for transport, and the urea solution is not a hazardous material.
