The Fischer distance mounting system TherMax is a solution for fastening to exterior walls without thermal bridges in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS). The system consists of a special anchor rod made of galvanically galvanized steel with a fiberglass-reinforced cone, threaded rods, and anchor sleeves for fastening in hollow blocks. In combination with Fischer high-performance mortars FIS EM Plus, FIS V, FIS SB, and FIS Green, the system is approved for numerous building materials. The anchor rod with the fiberglass-reinforced cone self-taps through the plaster into the insulation material. The anchor rod is anchored in the anchor sleeve with an injection mortar in the building material. The cone at the head of the anchor rod interrupts the thermal bridge and accommodates the stainless steel threaded rod for external fastening. The TherMax secures heavy loads such as awnings, air conditioning units, and satellite systems in concrete, aerated concrete, and masonry made of hollow and solid bricks.

-In perforated brick only with sieve sleeve. Insert it completely into the drill hole
-Fill 2/3 of the borehole in the substrate or the sieve sleeve completely with composite mortar.
Insert threaded rod with pre-mounted Iso Spacer into the drill hole with a slight twisting motion.

The injection mortar meets the highest occupational safety requirements and is classified as "label-free" according to the CLP regulation. FIS V Zero is approved for fastenings in cracked and non-cracked concrete, masonry, as well as for retrofitting reinforcement connections. The anti-cold cone on the head of the hanger bolt interrupts the thermal bridge and accommodates the external fixing. The TherMax fixes light loads such as lights, letterboxes or lightning conductors in concrete, aerated concrete and masonry made of perforated and solid brick.
