Question about Doppler Active balcony screen

Am I missing something here? The umbrella turns around its own axis at the slightest wind... I use this balcony screen in the doppler balcony clamp. All screws, including those on the screen, are fully tightened. Is there really no way to prevent the wind from turning it back and forth?!

With me, the screen has never turned... but it is not completely free-standing but has one side facing the balcony - so it is somewhat protected from the wind.
