Kärcher PCL 4 works perfectly in Switzerland.
Please check whether a plug adapter (DE-Schuko - CH) is included.

I confirm the previous answer: it only needs this "Max Hauri Fixadapter" and so it can also be connected here in Switzerland. This should actually be supplied automatically.
