I ordered the battery and after a short time it was flat. I went to a garage to check what the problem was. The garage owner confirmed that the new battery was defective. ( Conclusion) Unfortunately, Digitec does not give a guarantee on batteries, which I cannot understand. So, new product bought, which is defective, money gone, garage also wants money..... But they give me a guarantee on the new battery. Where is the justice in that? I hope Digitec will turn a blind eye and refund the purchase price or give me a voucher. I would say I am a good customer.
