My Huawei MediaPad M3 can only be charged once with the Noco GB150 genius BOOST (when fully charged)! After that, the Noco GB150 is empty. Is this a normal value?

The Noco should last longer. Your Huawei tablet has a battery capacity of approx. 20 Wh, the Noco 88Wh according to the manufacturer's website.
So it should last more than once. Approximately 3 charges should be possible.

I can almost not imagine that. I also have the booster. I've never charged a tablet with it, but I've started cars and other vehicles with it and it actually needs more power than a tablet.
