The description says that the lights go out when the part is charged and only the green light is still on. I have now bought it new, but the lights do not go out. Has been plugged in for 4 days. Should I send the part back?

When the battery is fully charged, ALL lamps light up, not just one - so everything is OK and the operation can start!
