In the game Iki, nominated for the 2023 Expert Game of the Year, you will encounter numerous merchants and craftsmen along the bustling main street. Hire them or trade with them, witness how they gain experience, settle down, and hopefully survive the occasional fire.

The game spans 13 months, with the 13th representing the New Year's festival. Each month, you receive income, decide how far you want to move your Oyakata, stroll along the main street, and interact with the local merchants and shops. Three times during the game, a fire breaks out in one of the Nagaya, which are the four districts, and you must be well-prepared for it.

You need to recruit artists and sellers, and promote and train their skills. They must trade, make purchases, establish status symbols for Edo, and contribute to the development of the city.
