Twenty years have passed since the creation of Frankenstein's monster. It is now the year 1819, and a shadow has fallen over Paris. An unknown benefactor with a rather unhealthy skin tone and many, almost eerie, scars has announced a competition. The goal? To achieve what Frankenstein has already accomplished. The prize? To unveil the secret of mortality. This would mean the world to your benefactor, as he would no longer be alone.

Whether you choose to participate willingly or not, one thing is certain: this research is tough. You are putting not only your reputation as great scientists at stake but also your humanity.

Abomination - Frankenstein's Legacy is a competitive worker-placement game for 2-4 players aged 14 and up, created by Dan Blanchett, with illustrations by Palamarchuk Mikhail and Tony Sart.

You are scientists trying to replicate Frankenstein's experiment and create life yourself. To do this, you need to procure body parts from humans and animals and stitch them together. If all goes well, you will have created at least a part of a human. If not, you'll have to start over. After all, not every experiment goes smoothly from the start.
