Product details

Set of 17 resin parts and a photo-etched set to represent various radios. The Enigma was a rotor cipher machine developed by A. Scherbius for civilian use and patented in 1918. During World War II, it was used both militarily and civically in German communications. The Wehrmacht, Luftwaffe, Navy, police, Reich Post, and Reich Railways, as well as intelligence services, diplomatic services, SD, and SS, employed it for secret communication. The word Enigma is Greek and means puzzle.
