I ordered a replacement battery with the hope of being able to replace it quickly on the road, as the runtime of approx. 12 min. is rather short... now the plug connection of the battery has snapped in almost inseparably... How can I release it again without a crowbar or side cutters?

this connection snaps in through two lugs - in my opinion it is practically impossible to loosen, once I managed it with tweezers (pressure on the two lugs) and pushing it out at the same time. Somehow the wrong connection for a battery replacement, I always charge in the vehicle.... Anyone got a better solution?
