Additionally, the brushed motor is significantly cheaper to purchase compared to a brushless motor. Buggies typically feature tires with a pronounced off-road tread and a well-tuned suspension. This makes them ideal models for tough off-road use. The gearboxes are often closed, thus protecting against incoming dirt.
