The reissue of the Hotshot II, originally released in 1987, comes in this version with Blockhead Motors design. The Hotshot II was one of Tamiya's first 4WD buggies and has not been reissued until now. This model is, after the Wild One, the second variant from Japanese designer Jun Watanabe under the Blockhead Motors brand. The model is based on the 58062 version with some modifications: the stickers and a design adapted to the buggies of the 1980s. The body is made of polycarbonate and is already cut out and comes in a brilliant blue primer. The kit still needs to be assembled and includes a powerful 540 electric motor. The CVA II oil-filled shock absorbers are installed as in the original model: one transverse shock at the front axle and two standing shocks at the rear axle. The drive is via a 4WD shaft drive, and the wheels feature independent suspension. Required accessories: remote control with receiver, steering servo, battery pack, charger.
