The decoder is a multiprotocol decoder for the DCC and Märklin Motorola formats. It is designed as a turnout decoder for 4 turnouts with double coils and additionally controls 2 servos. It has 4 output pairs that can also be configured for special functions. This allows for various lighting effects to be created, such as blinking for construction site lighting or advertising. At the turnout outputs, the decoder detects the position of turnouts with end position cutoff when properly configured and reports this position back via RailCom.
