You are the owner of a high-quality educational toy from VTech, which has been manufactured with the utmost care and subjected to strict quality control. Should a defect occur in your educational toy, we offer you the following warranty services:

• Warranty period: 2 years from the date of purchase
• Warranty coverage: Damage to the product that is not caused by improper use.
• Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by failure to follow the operating instructions or improper use, as well as damages caused by leaking batteries.
• Also excluded from the warranty are transport damages or damages resulting from inadequate packaging.
