We have the model in blue and the problem is that the remote control and the car do not connect. It worked perfectly in the shop. At home, nothing happened when we pressed the power light. At some point this light started flashing. Now we get the flashing signal when we press the power lamp, but as soon as the remote control is switched on, the lamp on the car goes out again, and vice versa. Unfortunately, there is nothing to be found in the instructions. The remote control also stops flashing. Is it possible that the remote controls were mixed up in the shop?

The device was newly packaged. Have you replaced the batteries on both and removed the battery from the FC for at least 1 minute? The FC usually works perfectly. The only drawback with this FC is that the top part, or the roof, quickly breaks and no longer holds because the pins are lost very quickly.

Yes, so my husband has changed the battery and the batteries. Is there a way to reconnect the two? Because as soon as the remote control is on, the power lamp on the FC goes out and nothing happens.
