Paper Blend: made from renewable resources.

When you hold the new cap of our lip care in your hand, you won’t believe it’s not plastic. And that’s what makes Paper Blend special. It has all the advantages that make plastic packaging so practical – sturdy, moisture-resistant, hygienic – but it is made from bio-based, renewable resources. Specifically, it consists of 99% materials that we know from regular paper.

With this, we are the first manufacturer in the world to use this new material, making our packaging portfolio significantly more sustainable step by step.

From waste product to packaging beauty: our cork sleeves.

Cork is a renewable resource. In the lower sleeve of the lip balms, we use recycled cork, which is a byproduct of wine cork production.

Grass paper: grows and grows and grows back.

The folding box is made from grass cardboard with a 25% grass content. This comes from compensation areas in Germany and saves harmful greenhouse gases through short transport distances. Additionally, about 3,000 liters less water per ton of cardboard is needed during production compared to commercially available paper made from 100% sulfate-based pulp.
