The Ultimate Shadow Palette Mini is small but mighty! The travel-size palette is filled with 6 shades in a great mix of velvety and colourful tones. It conjures up a fascinating finish - from matt and satin to shimmering and metallic.
Instructions for use
First, apply a primer. Then apply the eyeshadow to the eyelid using the All Over Shadow Brush. Use the Buffing Brush to apply the darkest shade. Blend well.
