What do you mean by the "thin styler"? As far as I know, when I bought the Dyson Airwrap, there was the "Complete" set (for normal length hair) and the "Complete Long" set (for longer hair). That's definitely not normal! I use mine to dry my hair for about 15 minutes at a time and it runs until my hair is dry. I would send it back or get in touch with customer service.

With the round brush I can straighten my wavy and long hair quite well. For complete straightening, you always need a straightener.

I received the Long as described, however it doesn't mention that it has a UK plug instead of EU... So I had to get an extra adapter for the plug 🙁

They last like all curls, no more or less.... With administration spray of course longer. There are 2 sizes, I find the Schmaken last longer- I love it- despite the high price... 🤷🏻♀️
